What does this mean?

It means if you find a Clean Cut Media article really interesting you can subscribe to the comments so that whenever a comment is made it will be forwarded to you via email. This is especially useful for those who make a comment and want to see other people’s responses to your own comments. It is common that a discussion could start due to some topic generated right in the comments section. See the picture below.
